About MarketCore

MarketCore was built on a simple idea: managing your money shouldn't require expensive software, a finance degree, or a salesperson trying to sell you something on the other end.

Most financial calculators online are either buried in ads, locked behind signups, or so cluttered they're harder to use than a spreadsheet. We wanted the opposite — clean, accurate tools that give you a clear answer in seconds, paired with plain-English explanations of what that answer actually means for your life.

What we do

MarketCore offers a growing library of free financial calculators covering the decisions that matter most: buying a home, paying off debt, saving toward a goal, planning for retirement, and understanding how your money grows over time. Every tool uses the same standard financial formulas that banks, lenders, and advisors rely on — no rounded guesses, no oversimplified math. And every calculator comes with a written guide, because a number without context isn't worth much.

Who's behind it

MarketCore is run by Gerard B., an entrepreneur who spent years untangling my own money decisions and wanted to make the tools I wished I'd had. And Now, giving access to tools like these, to everyday people who have to make tough money decisions every day.

I'm not a licensed financial advisor, and MarketCore isn't a substitute for one. What it is — a free, honest set of tools to help you understand your own numbers before you make a decision, so you walk into any financial conversation informed instead of guessing.

Our approach

Three things guide everything here:

Accuracy. Every calculation is built on established financial math and checked before it goes live. If a tool gives you a number, you can trust the method behind it.

Clarity. We explain, we don't just compute. Each tool tells you not only what the result is, but what it means and what to consider next.

No catch. MarketCore is free to use, requires no account, and never asks for your personal financial information. Your inputs stay in your browser — we don't collect, store, or sell them.

A note on what this is — and isn't

The tools and articles on MarketCore are for educational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and no result from any calculator should be treated as a recommendation. Everyone's situation is different. Before making a significant financial decision, please consult a qualified professional who knows the details of your circumstances.
